Quantitative Risk Developer, Cheyne Capital Management London. Alexander Baker is a senior quantitative risk developer at Cheyne Capital providing financial analytic's across the Risk and Portfolio Management groups. He has more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry working for Morgan Stanley and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Alex particularly enjoys the problem-solving aspects of computer science. He holds a master’s degree in engineering and a bachelor of science in physics from University College London. Baker is an Associate Member of the Institute of Physics and is completing a PhD in physics.
