To proceed to abstract submission, you should sign up on the website using the links on the top right of the page. Once you are logged in, a "dashboard" link appears. It allows you to submit a new proposal. You may edit your proposal before submitting it.

Supporting documents and URLs

You may add supporting documents (i.e. your poster or your slides).

  1. Go to your dashboard.
  2. Select your submission.
  3. In the "Supporting Documents" tab, your may select "Add Document" or "Add URL".
  4. All URLS will be visible in your abstract (as displayed in the schedule).
  5. Documents marked "Is visible" are also available from the abstract.

Posters should be in A0 vertical (portrait) format.

The poster sessions have been scheduled, to ensure that poster presenters get a chance to showcase their work to a wider audience. The informal setting of a poster session will foster the fruitful and inspiring discussions that have been the trademark of the EuroSciPy conference in the past.

Poster authors should prepare a single A4 horizontal (landscape) PDF slide for the poster previews. The slide should be sent by email to the Program Chair by Thursday August 27 2014 .
