Matt has a PhD in sedimentology from the University of Manchester, UK, and about 17 years’ experience in the hydrocarbon industry doing subsurface geoscience. He's worked for Landmark, Statoil, and ConocoPhillips. Matt founded Agile Geoscience in 2010, and co-founded The HUB South Shore in 2013. Lately he's been using Python to build web apps for geoscientists.
