EuroSciPy is the European meeting for scientists using Python
In 2014, it gathered 200 scientists from academia (students, researchers, professors) as well as from the private sector. The 2014 edition of the conference takes place in Cambridge. The conference features two days of tutorials (with a beginner and an advanced track), two days of scientific talks and sprint meetings. A keynote speaker starts the two scientific days, then contributions from many fields are presented.
Python is an increasingly popular programming language for which a large number of scientific libraries are made available. These libraries allow the scientist to build its own scientific tools for data analysis or computations and integrate them thanks to the polyvalence of Python.
Sponsoring the EuroSciPy 2015 conference makes you visible to the scientific community which facilitates the finding of talented scientists that master computational tools. It is also a unique opportunity to provide training to in-house research staffs during the tutorial days.
