Jussi Enkovaara

Dr. Jussi Enkovaara is a senior application scientist at CSC - IT Center for Science, the national supercomputing center of Finland. His background is in quantum mechanical simulations of nanostructures and in materials science. For the last ten years he has been developing Python based electronic structure simulation software GPAW. He has vast experience in running and developing Python based software in various high performance computing systems, including > 100 000 core Cray and Blue Gene supercomputers as well as accelerator based systems (GP-GPUs, Xeon Phi).
